So true. You hit that moment when your body takes control and just " goes" and your mind is a million miles away! It's hard to explain, it's like your body is floating , you don't feel the pavement anymore!
Running teaches me so much! This in particular, that I AM Capable of So much more than I ever imagined. So true! I completed a goal of mine to be able to run 3 miles and I can do that now :) it feels so good to know I worked hard :)
