Remove sausage to make roux
Cook until thick then mix Ruth eggs and sausage
• 1 stick of melted butter
• 2 packages of grands biscuits
• 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Layer the egg/ sausage mixture then a layer of cheese and top with mire biscuits & brush with melted butter
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes !! Leftovers are just as great the next day !
