sub veggie Sausage Sauerkraut Bake: This is a delicious and super quick dinner to make. The sauerkraut I use is local and adds a really good flavor coupled w/t spicy sausage meat. This is a great one plate dinner.
Polish sausage, cabbage and noodles. EASY and awesome. I& actually made this from word of mouth for years, looked it up and lo and behold I found the & I use Olive Oil, not butter and the pinch of paprika sounds wonderful, I will have to try that on mine.
Made this today, wanting something driffrent! Polish Sausage & Cabbage- You will saute 1 apple (Grate), 1 bell pepper (diced), 1 onion (diced)12 small red potatoes, 1 1/2 cup saurkraut, in 2 tbls of butter, cook till soft. Add potatoes(washed) ,then sausage, cook on med for 30 mintues, mixing well as you go. So very good! My Belly Yum Yum Recipe!
