1790 English Georgian Miniature Lovers Eye of a Gentleman set in gold and Seed pearl ring. Size of ring is approx. size 5 and ring is approx. 1 inch by 1/2 inch. It has been years since I have had an eye in a ring. The painting is superb. Left blue eye of a gentleman with strong eyebrow and a touch of red in the corner which is always a sign of a well painted piece. Set in high karat gold with top and bottom crowns of seed pearls. Original glass covering.
