Ayurvedic Diet | Almond milk with saffron & cardamom | ingredients: 2 tbsp almonds, 1/16 tsp cardamom, 1 tsp honey, 1 c milk, 1/8 tsp saffron | preparation: soak almonds overnight in water, peel in the morning. Grind saffron with mortar and pestle. add spices, almonds and milk in a blender and puree. Boil, stirring constantly to prevent the milk from sticking. Pour into a glass and add honey.
