Percy Bysshe Shelley was born August 4th, 1792, he is one of the epic poets of the 19th century. In the fall of 1810, Shelly entered University of Oxford. Percy furthered himself in poetry and writing at Oxford. Shelly co authored a phamplet on Atheism, his parents were very dissapointed as was the dean of the university.
