This is my year, my time to shine. I've never wanted this more than I do now. I'm almost 30 and weigh more than I ever have before. I have a goal and a dream I want to live, and I'm not letting my weight hold me back anymore.
Wake up, work out, and be happy! so true! working out first thing in the morning is like jump starting your day. You already have your workout for the day done and have the rest of the day to fit in all the other stuff you do! This is my goal.
