Henry Meynell Rheam (British, 1859-1920), "Once upon a Time" Rheam painted mostly in watercolour. He specialised in romantic paintings in the Pre-Raphaelite style. He can be compared to Eleanor Fortescue Brickdale and John Byam Shaw.
