"vegan hamburger helper from scratch! another recipe I made up using pantry leftovers :) MIX in one pot: as much tempeh as you want (you can also use the pre-packed veggie ground round if you like it) / 1 cup water / 2 cups soy milk / 1.5 cups mac (or shells!) / 1 tbsp cornstarch / your choice of seasonings, I used: 1 tbsp chilli power / 1 tsp garlic powder / 1 tsp salt / 1 tsp sugar / 1/2 tsp paprika / 1/2 tsp cumin / 1/2 tsp onion powder / bring to a boil, then simmer 12ish minutes!
