Banana oatmeal cookies, just 2 ripe bananas and 1 cup oats bake @ for 15 min. Can add cranberries, chocolate chips etc. (Made these and added shredded coconut and chocolate chips--yummy!

These baked apple chips from Delighted Momma are such a perfect fall snack and they will make your entire home smell AMAZING.  What you need:  2 apples  Cinnamon  Directions:  Preheat oven to 275 degrees.  Remove apple core. (I somehow always screw this up, so here is a guide)   Thinly slice the entire apple.  Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place apple slices on it.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake for two hours. At the end of hour one, flip them over so they bake evenly.

Baked Cinnamon Apple Slices seriously, these are so good! Apples + cinnamon + oven @ 275 degrees for 2 hours = healthy homemade apple chips

We love these for a "cookie" 1 banana + 1 cup oats. Squish it all up. Add craisins or mini chocolate chips if you want. 350 for 10 minutes.
