˚Washing Machine by Maytag My great grandmother still had one of these when I was a child.  It was in a room off of the kitchen.  My cousin said "it was better than the old one, because this one had the electric wringer" and I am talking 1970, lol.

My grandma used this type of washer when I was a kid. I remember wringing out clothes through that wringer on top! I remember when Mom got her first automatic washing machine!

Wet look boots. Some people call these go-go boots, but I remember those as being ankle-high white boots that zipped up the back (at the heel).
