Healthy Dairy-Free Chocolate Truffles      4 lrge, Medjool dates     2 TB 85% cacao chips, melted     1 TB almond butter     Natural sweetener, optional     2 TB almond meal, plus additional as needed Soak dates in hot water for 10 mins.
