Miniature book, amazing! Do this in shabby chic. It will be adorable. Make the pages from an old paper bag and ruffle the edges. Could hand sew the pages to the cover and then cover that with vintage scrapbook paper. Add lace, buttons, tiny thin ribbon, a couple of tiny tags, cameo, lots of stuff. Make it just like a big one but on a smaller scale. Put it in a miniature cupboard.
