St. Lucia - Horseback Riding. North of Castries is the island's oldest riding establishment - Trim's National Riding Stable, Cas-en-Bas, Gros Islet. Its activities range from trail rides to beach tours, and the stable even offers horse-drawn carriage tours of Pigeon Island. I had a wonderful ride with Trim’s riding my horse bareback into the ocean and swimming with him in unison in the calm waters.
St. Lucia - Riding in the Ocean. This was perhaps the most magical of experiences on the island. A ride through woods to a deserted beach, then off with saddles and on with swimwear. The horses seem to love going into the ocean and then swimming as one, man and horse, through the clear waters of the bay.
Lucia's Cas-en-Bas Beach, on the Atlantic coast, lures not only windsurfers and kiteboarders but riders with the International Pony Club, who swim with their horses. Great travel action, would make a great incentive travel activity.
Venice, which has trumped Paris to be named most romantic hotspot in the world, Santorini, St Moritz and Hawaii are just some of the locations you will visit on the tour.
