Running teaches me so much! This in particular, that I AM Capable of So much more than I ever imagined. So true! I completed a goal of mine to be able to run 3 miles and I can do that now :) it feels so good to know I worked hard :)
Hills are all a matter of perspective. In life, down hills are times when things get tough and you look forward to when you hit an up hill. In running, the down hills are when you can recover and gain power for the up hill to come.
