The cliffs at Millook Haven in north Cornwall, England, have very striking folded rock formations. Their zig-zag recumbent folds form unusual chevrons. The metamorphic sedimentary rock of the cliffs is known as Killas and the folds were caused by the intrusion of granite.

These asymmetrical granite boudins and the formation of the surrounding metamorphic rock show evidence of the brittle and ductile deformation that took place.
