Printed polyester mini dress with wine-coloured velvet ribbon belt, by Paul Babb and Pamela Proctor for Twiggy Dresses, English, 1967-69. Model Twiggy launched her fashion label 'Twiggy Dresses' on February 16, 1967. This personal input and strong branding enabled the label to run successfully for three years.
