Banting bread. Great recipe. For dry "flours" I used 130g ground almonds, 40g pecan flour, 3 heaped Tbs ground flax and 2 heaped Tbs coconut flour, 300g yoghurt and no cottage cheese. The mixture shouldn't be too wet otherwise the bread will be wet.
