1 ½ cups blanched almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour ¼ cup milled flax powder ½ tsp Salt 1 ½ tsp baking powder 5 eggs ¼ cup coconut oil  2 tsp  Xylitol 1 tsp apple cider vinegar  175C.  Place the dry in a food processor and pulse the ingredients together until well combined.  Add the eggs, coconut oil and vinegar. Pulse until the mixture forms a batter. small greased loaf pan.bake for 30 min. Cool before serving.  Makes 1 small loaf
