Oreo Cookie Protein Shake 1 scoop of Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder 1 or 2 Reduced Fat Oreo Cookie(s) (this can be substituted for a “Sugar Free” Oreo) 1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 4 pieces of cubed ice
POST WORKOUT Blueberry-Pineapple Protein Shake - Combine 1 cup low-fat milk, cup frozen blueberries, and cup frozen pineapple in a blender; puree until smooth. I would also add a little protein powder and use almond milk instead of low-fat milk.
