peanut butter and chocolate rice crispy treats - I didn't go "all organic" like this gal but I can tell you they are delicious! Everything peanut butter and chocolate should be. I used semi-sweet chips instead of dark chocolate chips.
These rice krispy treats have a great balance of complex carbs (brown rice cereal), healthy fats (peanut butter), and protein. Therefore, they make a great pre or post workout snack! (Another take on rice Krispy treats - might be worth a try!
