The body of the petticoat is quilted with a shell pattern. The hem border has undulating feathers surrounded by diagonal rows. The border is outlined with rows of corded trapunto. The quilting is finely executed with 10-12 stitches per inch.The petticoat is 39" long and a 91" bottom circumference
