Surrey England. After Henry VIII confiscated Hampton Court Palace from the disgraced Cardinal Wolsey, he and Anne Boleyn used it as their love nest. The initials H and A are still carved into the stonework in the old courtyard. All 4 of the "subsequent" wives had to look at that every time they came to Hampton Court -- a chilling reminder of Henry's fickleness. The palace was extensively renovated later but parts of the original Tudor palace remain. Many ghosts call this home!
