Personal Project - This is where we got to choose whatever we wanted to do in a textile context - so that we could broaden our skills. I choose to look into distressing fabrics, screen printing these distressed fabrics and projecting them with light to see what patterns would show from each sample. Then I planned on weaving my own fabric, taking shaping from the light projections.
