Isabella I of Castile (1451 - 1504). Queen of Castile from 1474 to her death in 1504. Her marriage to Ferdinand of Aragon unified Castile and Aragon into Spain. Her husband and herself defeated the Moors in Granada, ordered the inquisition, and funded Columbus to find the New World. She had five surviving children.

Isabella I queen of Spain and married to king Ferdinand they both funded Christopher Columbus for his trip to India but he didn't land in India he landed in the Bahamas near North America.
