Twelve days later, on March 24, 1958 Elvis would be inducted into the Army. Actresses Dolores Hart (left) and Valerie Allen (right) gave Elvis that cake that was decorated with the figure of a potato-peeling, guitar-playing soldier and the words WE LOVE ELVIS.
