9/11/15 Day 5 of running: Today was the fifth day I ran with Valentina. I still hate running but i have to say that I have been noticing a slight improvement since we first started. Today we were able to run 13 minutes straight without stopping. Also, I think the stretching has been helping a bit because, although I am still very sore, it hasn’t been getting worse, just staying the same. We are also able to run a greater distance now than before.
