| 1 CARB PROTEIN WAFFLES |  Ingredients: 1 scoop PEScience Snickerdoodle Select Protein, 1 whole egg, water until batter consistency, dash baking powder, cinnamon (optional). Method: mix dry ingredients with water until it forms a thin paste, then whisk in the egg. Cook in a waffle iron on medium-high for 30-60 seconds.  Top and enjoy!

Pumpkin Protein Muffins INGREDIENTS: 1/2 can of pumpkin purée , 30 grams PEScience Snickerdoodle Select Protein, 2 egg whites, 18 grams coconut flour, 10 grams PB2, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp vanilla stevia, 1 tsp stevia, 1/2 tsp baking powder DIRECTIONS: Mix ingredients and divide into lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Macros per muffin (1/5): 1f/6c/6p
