Birthday Cake PROTEIN Muffins | 1/2c. oats, 2 eggs/4 whites, 2 scoops protein powder, 1T. honey, 1/4c. milk, 2t. vanilla, 16oz. chickpeas, 1t. baking powder | Blend ingredients and add any toppings (sprinkles, chocolate, nuts) and pour into greased/lined muffin tins. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes.
