Post workout protein cereal inspired by @sydneytfitness ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค— Honey Nut Cheerios mixed with Moms Best Cocoa Krispies, 1/2 a banana, 1 scoop of @pescience Frosted Chocolate Cupcake Protein and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk! Mix it all up and enjoy! Seriously my new go to post workout meal when I don't have time to make oats ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ#postworkoutmeal #legday

Today's post workout snack/meal 2 whatever it is ๐Ÿ˜‚ pre workout was protein oats and @pescience Prolific ๐Ÿ’• now....1 piece of toasted @daveskillerbread ๐Ÿž , 1 @thelaughingcowusa wedge๐Ÿง€, 2 ounces of deli turkey๐Ÿ– (cooked in the pan) with 80 grams of eggwhites!๐Ÿณ (I would usually add a whole egg but post workout I keep carbs higher and fats lower) . . . . . โ“œโ“โ“’โ“กโ“žโ“ข: 285 calories, 28 carb, 28 protein, 6 fat ๐Ÿ‘ #postworkoutmeal #macrosonpoint #breakfastsandwhich
