Pre workout caramel rice cakes, peanut/almond butter, and iced coffee with vanilla @sweetleafstevia! Easy and quick pre-workout snack!💪 I love rice cakes or quick carbs (like fruit, cereal) that don't have a ton of fiber if I want to eat shortly before a workout because I don't feel too full! 👌So sore I don't know what to workout today 😁😂

I also had a rice cake with @wild_friends sugar cookie pb (which is SOOOOO good) and topped it with half of a banana. Super yummy and perfectly balanced breakfast!

People often ask me how I'm so consistent with my diet, and it's because I incorporate everything I love on a daily basis regardless of whether I'm cutting or bulking. Avocado on rice cakes is one of my all time favourite snacks, and I always make sure I pack some to take with me to work🤓 I genuinely get cravings for avocado, but I also get cravings for chocolate, ice cream and pizza. SO, I eat both. Yes I post pictures of burgers and brownies, but 99% of my diet looks a lot more green than…
