Today was SUCH a good day. One of those days where your whole body just feels really good, you kill your workout, feed it clean Whole Foods, and drink lots of water  Dinner is 1/2 cup of @seedsofchange_us brown rice, zucchini, broccoli, some low sodium soy sauce, and 2 veggie burgers from @drpraegers (my all time favorite) but I only took a photo of one!

Since no cooking is required, most of the meals are meant to be served cold. But, we wanted to have at least one hot meal, so we created the Shrimp and Veggie Rice Bowl with raw broccoli and snow peas. I use Well Fed's directions for these, plus then I wrap in paper towels, stick in a baggie, and put in the fridge. Day 2, replace wet paper towels with new ones, stick back in fridge. Makes the noodles really substantial and a nice noodle-y texture w/o being watery.  #whole30 #zoodles #zucchininoodles
