FDOE - M1 - Mocha protein shake (recipe other fooddiary) & coconut ricepudding (1 cup coconut milk/not carton, brought to boil with a little honey, add cup cooked rice, boil 5 min.) - M2 - chicken mince bolognese with pasta and broccolini. I used gluten free pasta and bolognese sauce from @barillaaus S - Hummus & seeded sourdough toast and watermelon. M4 - Scrambled eggs with spiced chicken mince and steamed kale.
