HM Queen Astrid of Belgium (1905-1935) née Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid of Sweden, wearing the nine provinces tiara.  a wedding gift from the Belgian people    She married the future King Leopold III in 1926. Unhappily, like the Princess of Wales and Princess Grace of Monaco, she died at a young age in an automobile accident, pregnant with her fourth chlld.
