Portrait of Francis Kenna, born 21 September 1865 at Maryborough, Queensland. Known as a journalist and telegraphist before being elected as a MLA (Member of the Legislative Assembly) for Bowen 1902-1909. He died in Brisbane on the 23 June 1932.

Philip "Tubby" Clayton born 12 December 1885 in Maryborough, Qld. He was the founder of "Toc H" which is an international Christian movement. The name is an abbreviation for Talbot House. "Toc" signifies the letter T used in the signals spelling alphabet by the British Army in World War 1. Talbot House was opened in 1915 in Poperinge, Belgium as a soldiers recreation and rest centre. Tubby Clayton died in 1972. (Photo was taken at Talbot House in Poperinge)
