Chocolate-covered Raisins. You can make this treat at home. All you need is one bag semi-sweet chocolate chips and       two cups of raisins. First, line two cookie sheets with no-stick foil. Melt chocolate on medium/high heat in a double boiler on the stove.  When melted remove from heat and add raisins. Scoop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes, until chocolate has set. Remove to an air-tight container and store in refrigerator. ENJOY!
