Gluten Free Pita Bread: Just made these! Makes two rounds that cut into four pitas. My new favorite bread! Split it as a pita or use 1 circle cut in half for a sandwich! YUM! Very easy and quick. I'll try it as a pizza crust next, and double the recipe for extras!
