Fallen Fruit for Smart Car. Fallen Fruit is a long-term art collective that began by mapping fruit trees growing on or over public property in Los Angeles. The initial concept has now expanded to include serialized public projects and site-specific happenings in cities around the world. Each an artist in their own right, David Burns, Matias Viegener, and Austin Young are the three founders and artists of Fallen Fruit who use fruit as a lens through which to see the world.
