This tomato bulgur pilaf only requires 5 ingredients! It’s a great alternative to rice and perfect side dish with chicken and grilled meat.

المقادير: 400غ من الكسكس ـ 750غ من البندورة المفرومة ـ 100غ من البقدونس المفروم ـ 25غ من النعناع ـ 50غ من زيت الزيتون ـ 50غ من عصير الحامض ـ حبة واحدة من الحرّ الناعم ـ ملح بحسب الذوق ـ 4 أوراق من الخس للزينة. طريقة التحضير: ضعي البندورة في جاط كبير، زيدي البقدونس، النعناع والحرّ. أضيفي الزيت، الحامض، الملح والكسكس.  زيّني بأوراق الخس.
