Teacher's Pet – Ideas & Inspiration for Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) | 3D Letters

DIY Architectural Letters ~ Designing and constructing a letter. Instead of wet, messy adhesive, you'll be using paper packing tape to create a papier mache effect. Inexpensive and easy to use, it creates finished letters that are hard and durable.

The design itself was fairly simple – they went out to some woods behind the church, cut down a few moderately sized trees and painted them white with a Wagner power sprayer. Then they took each tree and supported it using cement in a one gallon paint bucket. The windows were hung from one another using airline cable and were arranged in a curve to make the stage appear smaller.

"The Old Man and the Old Moon" at Writer's Theatre! Have never seen this play, but what an AMAZING set!

"The Old Man and the Old Moon" set. Patricia said she loved the style of this for the play. It might be a little too rustic for a NYC apartment but I get the 'storytelling' style of it. It would work well in our black box theater.
