Heres what you need to serve two persons: 300 g chicken breast (for lower calorie intake: 220 g) 2 tortillas 1 dl olive oil 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese 2 tsp lemon juice crushed garlic lettuce romaine pepper and 2 apples.  Make a dressing from lemon oil mayonnaise and garlic. Grill the chicken breast for 46 minutes on each side. Let it cool and slice it up into bite-sized pieces.
