This tool shows children that even when things seem difficult, if we persevere and keep trying we can learn, and overcome difficulties. Children that find learning too easy, and are not challenged may be flying at the moment, but are they really learning? This really does show how important it is to make sure all children are challenged. I've taken inspiration from other learning pits I have seen, and added a 'toolkit' with some encouraging words.
