1: Fill double boiler w/ water & bring to a boil. 2: In the bowl of your double boiler pour the sweetened condensed milk. Reduce heat to simmer, & cook for 1.5 hours, stirring from time to time. 3: Bake piecrust according to manufacturer's instructions. Set aside. 4: When the caramel is thick & dark, remove from heat & let cool slightly. 5: Slice the bananas into piecrust. Spread caramel evenly over bananas & chill. 6: Spread whipped cream over the bananas & serve.
