Naked Friday's breakfast is a complete protein quinoa bowl enhanced with antioxidant, minerals, phytonutrients, iron, and omega-3's! Quinoa can be served warm or cold. To 3/4 cup cooked quinoa, we added 5 strawberries, 1 banana, 2 Tbsp. chopped almonds, 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, and 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds. Yummy!
