Cheese straws are the perfect gift for those who aren't into sweets. I love using a sharp cheddar for these as well - they truly taste like better Cheez-its. I roll them out on a floured surface and cut them out into strips or roll into pretzels. I bake them at 375 for about 15 minutes. They are amazing when they are fresh out of the oven.

Cheese Straws..16-oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, at room temperature 1-1/4 c. margarine, softened 3 c. all-purpose flour 1 t. cayenne pepper 1 t. salt Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
