Our nest boxes are developed with a focus on those who are going to use the nests - the little birds. Due to our ornithological knowledge, our nests have been adapted for the particular bird that is supposed to live in the nest.
Time to put up the nest box! The birds usually inspect a nest box before selecting it as nesting place and that obviously requires some advance planning. There are also birds that want to use the nest during the winter as an overnight spot.
